The Cultural Services of the French Embassy, Houston-based, is thrilled to invite you to its grand Opening for the 2023 French Cultures Festival !

On March 10 (from 5:30pm to 8pm), to celebrate this month of festivities (click here to access the full calendar of the Festival), we are throwing a reception in partnership with the Moody Center for the Arts (Rice University) that will showcase the renowned Guadeloupean dancer, choreographer, and Doctor of Ethnochoreology (Dance Anthropology) Lēnablou.

With Annie Arnoult, the founding artistic director of Open Dance Project and director of the Hunter Dance Center and her dancers, the Villa Albertineresident will stage a new experimental performance set amid the Moody’s current exhibition, Narrative Threads: Fiber Art Today.
Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and wines will be served.
